Becton Retirement

We moved into Waverley Country Club around the end of June 2008 and can say that the experience has been both rewarding and satisfying.

We are as busy as we want to be with lots of good fellowship among the other “villagers”.

We are extremely pleased with our decision… new kitchen and furnishings for mother… plenty of golf / pool / bowls / music for both of us.

Incidentally, our premises have significantly grown in value in just 18 months!

We are very pleased with our new home, the location of the village in relation to on-site facilities, public transport, shopping centres and entertainment close by.

The village facilities are a huge asset to us by way of lifestyle as we have found ourselves utilising the swimming pool and spa each day… My extended family has also benefited from the facilities with the occasional BBQ and family gatherings in the Community Centre.

Our retirement and lifestyle with our family I carefree and each day a new page is written full of happiness, health and enjoyment surrounded by this beautiful facility.

After five years we cannot recommend too highly the lifestyle, the company and friendliness of our fellow residents, the efficient and considerate staff and the enjoyment of living at Menzies.

I am very glad I bought a lovely unit in Dee Why Gardens and I am happy to spend the rest of my golden years here. The management and staff are wonderful – they do all they can to make you feel happy… I think this is the only way to go.
